I’ve done some research online already, but would love some input from locals or anyone who has shopped in that area. Cream Puff Records, Noble Records, Repo Records. Manifest has been around for decades and the last time I was in there it was way downhill. For vegan food if you are interested: Oh My Soul Pepperbox Doughnuts (not all vegan but 90%) Ma Ma Wok (a drive from center city but amazing all vegan Asian) Banh Mi Bros (not all vegan but amazing options including vegan steak, vegan kimchi, vegan bbq) Artisen Gelato (all vegan gelato - best ice cream around) These are some of my favorites but there are others too like Bean, Veltree, Fern (more fancy), Plant Joy and more. audmill Posted November 3, 2022 Share Posted November 3, 2022 (edited) I go to Lunchbox and Noble once a week. Both are great. Lunchbox will usually have 90% of what I’m looking for new. Used is a good selection normally. Noble Records will surprise me with their used selections. I’ve actually found a few records there that were even hard to find on discogs in the US. Also, thanks for the vegan food recommendations. I literally can’t believe I hadn’t thought to look up food yet. Also wild because I thought I had only been to Asheville, but I guess I’ve been to Charlotte because I did eat at Bean like ten years ago. I think it's the best in the state for variety and options for vegan stuff.
