My experience with "eco -mix" vinyl as they're calling it (both the limited edition colored pressing and the standard black pressing) has not been positive. They are usually an ugly greyish mess as far as color goes and noisier than most colored vinyl. I have heard some say that paper will often make it's way into the recycled vinyl mix but I have my doubts on the validity of that claim. The autograph on the 4AD exclusive would have been nice, but I'd prefer the bonus CD and potentially cleaner pressing. whoa Posted April 14, 2023 Author Share Posted April 14, 2023 It's out! Not finding this LP excites me very much, it's a bit drab and lacking some punchy moments that I used to love Daughter for. On my second listen, it actually sent me asleep, so… was hoping it would grow on me some more, but just finding it's not inspiring me much.
