manicdogbert
actually, with the exception of How Strange Innocence and the colored version of All of a Sudden, all these records are still available.

greenatheart
Friday Night Lights is still available?? In only bought mine like 4/5 months ago. That doesn't make it still available, that just means it was available 4-5 months ago.

cj
who cares if they are available. buy them for her, you can probably just get them for the same price you would from whatever store you were going to buy it from.
vinyljunkie
temporary residence said they are repressing earth 2xLP at this very moment. its still in some stores, but is getting harder to find, but in a month or so it will be everywhere again. jbrns7
it was already repressed. i'll take that Friday night lights for 18ppd
vinyljunkie
well yeah its been repressed numerous times. there is another one at the plant right now is what they said. which brings the total up to like 14,
cj
im glad they keep it in print. it sounds so good on vinyl that it would be an injustice for people to not be able to get it at will
manicdogbert
the only rare variant of "The Earth is Not..." is the first pressing with the gatefold cover. the etching on the earlier pressings are better as well. the etching is deeper so the artwork more prominent whereas on the current pressing the etching is far too light. of course, all of this is secondary to the music. greenatheart
I just responded to all PM's about these records... I see that there has been a lot of discussion about the availability of these records on here: if you read my original post, I never once claimed that they were all OOP or that anyone on this board should buy them from me instead of from anywhere else they may find them. I simply said that many of these records were highly sought after [as is reinforced by the fact that I received 7+ offers within 24 hours of posting them on here] and to not be offended if I rejected an offer because I thought that it was too low. I am making my decisions based on what each record is worth to me to sell vs. keep it- no one is being forced to pay an exorbitant amount of money against their will to purchase a record from me. I do not care - nor can I prevent it- if anyone wishes to post about other places to buy these records, but I do not appreciate my words being misconstrued as if I was trying to make false claims about availability. dietrich
why are you getting rid of how strange? I remember you posting on here about how excited you were to get it?
greenatheart
why are you getting rid of how strange? I remember you posting on here about how excited you were to get it? Back to school= I need money. I guess my priorities have changed over the last year, and being able to spend less time working and more time with Jeff/my family and focusing on my education makes it worth it to sell off some of my possessions for money instead of working all the time to pay bills. [God it makes me sound old when I say it like that...lol]

greenatheart
have you sold any of these?? you should do set prices for all that arent how strange. I am entertaining offers on a couple of these, but none of them are officially spoken for. Once I get replies from the PMs I just sent out, I will then update as to which ones are left and consider setting prices for all except "how strange" Thanks for the suggestion!
