I was born, and will always will be, a Leafs fan. Some of my earliest memories of my Grandfather waking me up after I'd gone to bed to watch the 3rd period of games with him. Your Flyers have stung my heart their fair share over the years, my friend. I'm a Lightning fan solely because I'm a HOCKEY fan. I root for the home team unless Toronto is in the building. I'm fortunate enough to have met Dave Andreychuk on numerous occasions. He was a guest speaker (for whatever reason) at one of my wife's Florida Bar Association luncheons once. I had her bring in my old-school Andreychuk Leafs jersey as well as my ticket from Game 5 of the Lightning/Flames cup series for him to sign, which he did. Stoked on the games tonight. I assume you're referring to 92-93 season when the Los Angeles Gretzky's narrowly edged out my beloved Leafs in the Conference Finals and not giving props to 'Chuk for his 53 goals in 93-94. I thought Philadelphia was supposed to be the physical team in PA. Pens are throwing weight like Darrien Hatcher. Lots of hockey left, and it will be a long series, but damn, Philly!
