However Vol. 2 is over $50 now. Sometime in 2003, I was at a shop and found the Live at Chop Suey DVD bundled with copies of Riot Act (which I had owned since release). It was just held to it with a rubber band. So I took it out of the rubber band and stacked it with the CDs I was buying. The guy at the counter recognized that it was a promo, but he just let me take it anyway. Then I just checked and see that I ordered it 4 months ago lol. These long wait times for pressings are killing me. It said shipping was $9.95 if I wanted to not bundle it with my membership so that's probably the answer. I saw someone posted $67 ppd from Ten Club so it may end up being negligible. Going to guess $67ppd is as low as Ten Club gets but could be more depending on your zip. To be clear, member price is $55 at each place and $59 non-member.
