Heartbreaker07
Did anyone see that Amazon warehouse had riot act up for $340 last night?

I don't think many post-2000 shows will make the cut just because they're all 30+songs long. I wouldn't mind a 5LP boxset but the price probably wouldn't be pretty. Wonder if this will be available in stores a bit more reasonably priced? Edited August 1, 2016 by Stravinsky
jhulud
As a few have pointed out in the 10C forums, if you have that MOV release from a couple of years back, you don't really need this box set. As nice as it may be, the price is not worth it. The CD/DVD box set has way more material and add-ons than the vinyl one.
lexicondevil
Two records and paper. That is completely worth $100! Great band. Stupid price.

But, if it's attainable from a retail outlet significantly cheaper, I'd sell my MOV copy and pay a bit more for this box set. I agree completely, though...the price is nuts. I'm no MOV fanboy, but I am a Gentle Groove fanboy. I'm guessing this will be widely released, no? I mean I do NOT need this, but I see myself picking it up regardless. Edit: Just saw they remastered Apple to 2xLP with Gentle Groove. Damn. There goes another $99. ahhh, still may not get it. fish
That signed card would be awesome to have, but I'm guessing there are probably like ten of them.
morfiend
Looks cool but I'm very happy with my MOV press. If this was about half the price I'd consider it.
nathan_s82
Well crap, 10c has made some serious vinyl money off of me this year. I've ordered the Yield/No Code Reissues, Mother Love Bone Vinyl Box Set, Temple of the Dog Reissue, the TMR/PJ Vault 29, and the PJ Vault #6. AndrewSS
Did anyone head to the Pearl Jam merch booths open at Fenway today? Pretty excited about that baseball jersey they're selling.
apirk
Lots of cool looking stuff. I really wish you didn't have to invest hours to buy anything
timsimmons
TBH, i'd rather just pay some ebay flipper than wasting my time if there was something I desperately wanted. The jersey would be cool if I wore baseball jerseys. I think I just want to get the old timer shirt and maybe a pennant at Wrigley.
apirk
But if anyone is waiting in line and can pick me up a pack or two of baseball cards I'll gladly buy you one as well.
AndrewSS
@apirk I may try to head in Thursday before I go see the Sunday show because I'm afraid they won't have anything I want left by Sunday. I assume they'll have plenty of baseball cards so if they have them when I'm there I'll help you out.

stl_ben
Cards are selling fast. They had to readjust the limit twice today as stock was going too fast. But if any one gets a few Fenway packs and wants to trade them for Wrigley packs let me know. I'm going to Chicago and would like a pack of each if possible. voltagedrop
An I the only one who thinks the Fenway merch is kind of ugly? I'm going to Wrigley and am actually kind of relieved that I don't have to spend hours in line for merch. Even the posters are generally sub par (the Steve Thomas one is the only one I like). I completely agree. The only poster that is a maybe is the Steve Thomas, but I generally don't like PJ posters anyway. The merch is great if you are a fan of Boston sports. If you're not, it's mostly shit. I'm not wearing anything that looks even remotely Red Sox related. It's just strange that pretty much all of the tons of merch is specifically Boston sports. I would have definitely expected some, but not all. Money saved.
AndrewSS
Cards were gone by the time I got into the store. I am going to try again on Sunday when I'm at the show @apirk
apirk
No problem but if you aren't looking to buy anything please don't wait in line for me.
lexicondevil
There seems to be a boxset of the newly reissued singles for PO at FYE $34.99. Someone on 10C boards said they saw a sign in the store that said the set was limited to 500. Not clear yet if it comes in an actual box or just the singles wrapped together. Either way, it isn't a bad deal, especially if you use the code "SURF" for $5 off. Singles Boxset EDIT: I have confirmed with FYE that this is not a boxset, but a bundle with a "belly band".
