xxmartinxx
I know that they said they had fallen behind but I've lost track how many months behind they are. Anyone hear anything about them shipping a next one?
suburbanargyle
Haven't heard a thing. The last one was Black Lips right? It does seem like awhile since I got that.
xxmartinxx
I think it was in the beginning of April.
gravitylovesdrunks
jesus crepes, man. it's like clockwork with these threads. sub-pop is legit. there are delays at pressing plants. your records will come.
cj
aprils was late (black lips) and came in may. they said mays would be late too, but that june would hopefully be on time. i wouldnt be surprised if they came together. that would save them a couple thousand dollars in just shipping costs
melikecheese
too funny, the CDR club has continued to arrive when promised, if a little tiny label can do it, why cant sub pop...they should be able to handle 1500 45s a month. Just received a special bonus unannounced single by "the voices of men" which appears to be some secret band of some sorts...its a nice bonus, marked as a private pressing, never for sale. clever. xxmartinxx
I assume the initial holdup was Sub Pop trying to get all their "Record Store Day" records done. I don't think there's an excuse at this point.

One a label has a total control over and one has no control over. Its pretty obvious as to why a CD-R club has been on time and a 7" club has not; apples and beef to compare the two.
