I hope it's worth it because I'm probably going to pass up whatever CD pre-order Thrice offers and wait for the vinyl release. In which case, never mind. well, let me edit what i said: shade of poison trees was a pretty solid release for the band AND cobraside. great looking/sounding vinyl, etc. the color fiasco with remains still boggles my mind, and as far as under the boards is concerned: the album came out in october, i believe. colors were announced sometime around thanksgiving, maybe? and they are similar colors to shade of poison trees. as far as i know, the under the boards release still isn't out. it's been almost 6 months. perhaps it's the fanboy in me, but i believe thrice deserve better. I see. I can't stand delays, either. Like the current bullshit with Sparta. But I'd rather wait for something as nice as Remains than something that's "on time" and garbage.
