cadetapplesauce Posted August 29, 2009 Share Posted August 29, 2009 i don't really see people just deleting their accounts without saying anything is a bad thing. i mean, i wouldn't take it personally, whether they are funny or not. they just moved on and feel like they have better things to do. more power to them, if they means getting outside and not spending time sitting behind a computer (when they don't have to). withdrawing your membership in a community doesn't mean it's a slap in the face to the other members of that community. as most of you guys and girls have already said, this board has been pretty lame lately. i wouldn't blame them for quitting. especially comparing "how it was" to how it is now, it'd be easy to quit it. just because they don't dig the conversations anymore doesn't mean they think they're better than everyone else (although, shit, it may be the case). it used to be a lot easier to be enthusiastic and nice here, but it really just doesn't have that sense of camaraderie anymore. and that's the honest truth.
