I never ever washed my hands again after that for sure I found one of those at a local store about 15 years ago. I picked it up and asked the guy, "Is this some weird bootleg or something?" He said that it was the original pressing and it came from a guy who lived in the DC area, but since I had never seen it before I was skeptical and put it back.
