hempy3 Posted March 20, 2010 Author Share Posted March 20, 2010 The indie record store I bought them from gets a bunch of those free with purchase items in the store, but when the actual promotion ends, they still have stock of the enticing extra item w/ purchase. So they sell them for $3-4 each depending on the item. They do the same w/ 7" records. While it's kinda shitty, it also saves me the hassle from buying the release twice, since they usually do the promotion after the album has been out a while in order to spike sales. Thus being said, I bought what they had left so that people on here could have the EP at a fair price, rather than paying ebay prices for "rare" items. Hope this clarifies.
