akross Posted April 13, 2010 Share Posted April 13, 2010 I'd love to play this, but it required 3+ people, so my wife and I haven't bothered buying it because our friends fail at liking things that are cool. Maybe the xbox version is the way to go for us. We have Carcassonne and Thurn & Taxis and love those. We also have Puerto Rico, but never played it for the same reason as Catan (it was $10 at Barned & Noble, couldn't resist). I am pondering picking up Agricola because that can be played with 2 people or more, so it would get use, but it is also $50 or more depending on where you are looking. I've been considering dropping the money on one of the expansions. Has anyone played Barbarians and Traders? That's the one I've been looking into, wonder if its any good? I've never played Barbarians and Traders. I have played Seafarers and Cities & Knights though. Cities & Knights is leaps and bounds above the original and Seafarers. It's pretty much all I play.
