Liking this.

We've got a music festival around here that would seem to fit you pretty well. It's americana / folk / alt-country / indie with an emphasis on showcasing emerging singer songwriters. The schedule for this years festival is mostly set but if you want I can have my buddy whose been working with the band recruiter for the fest bring up your name and link your bandcamp.

Thank you, seriously, thank you so much. I can use all the promotion I can get. I moved from Kansas, where there is a ton of love for the solo, sad bastard, fare, and am definitely trying to work my way into anywhere I can get. Thank you so much for digging on it. PM me and I'll send you my record if you'd be interested in having it.

I just picked up the album via bandcamp.  I'll burn a couple copies now.  This afternoon Mile of Music has an announcement party for the first 50 bands and I'll drop off a CD with the band recruiter.  I'll also talk to my buddy about you so if the recruiter ends up looking for more acts this year he can bring up your name.

Best of luck.

Not really a band, but I used to make all sorts of hip-hop instrumentals a few years back.  They're mostly chill smoking tracks to throw on in the background and possibly freestyle with your stoned friends, but as time went on I got a little more aggressively experimental.  Before I got jaded with the scene, I was going to release a 100 track beattape for $1.  The idea motivated me for a while, but in time I got bored and ended up purging all the leftover tracks I had (64 in total) and then called it quits.  Sometimes I get the urge to go back and produce some more, but I'm more focused on making experimental/psychedelic noise punk and doom-hop.

You can find all the hip-hop instrumentals and some collaborations I did on youtube and bandcamp by searching NSFHipHop.  Right now I'm at work (which blocks those sites), so I can't do a direct link.

I will try to resist the whole spam-the-boards kind of thing, so no additional posts, but I made a thread for the preorder for vinyl copies of my upcoming album:

My bandcamp: http://danielfield.bandcamp.com

Lo-fi-ish indie pop with a folk-rock influence.
