hickey
I'll hold out for Re-reinventing Axl Rose.
thesupervillain
This is getting a little ridiculous. I'm also guessing this will be the worst selling AM release of all-time.
mclz
this parts pretty cool: "Of the 14 self-produced Black Crosses songs, nine were recorded with drummer Warren Oakes at Goldentone Studios in Gainesville, FL, shortly before he departed the band in Spring 2009. "
bathroommonkey
I'll buy it, mostly because I love White Crosses.

hickey
I like White Crosses just fine, but I don't think this is necessary.
Fartcat
Ugh, now I will have 3 copies of this album. If anyone wants a red one PM me.
popquizkid
I think this would be really interesting to hear. If you're not into, don't buy it, no one is forcing you to do anything.

No one said they're being forced. It's just funny that Against Me has gotten into the habit of releasing an album, then re-releasing it with demos and such. dustin415
I'm actually a big fan of this album (flame away...) But can't justify owning 2 of it. that's why I'm selling my current one.
popquizkid
Personally I waited years to hear those Clarity demos and was really pleased with "Total Clarity." I had no idea that the band had recorded the "White Crosses" stuff with Warren or the acoustic demos so I think it'd be really interesting to hear how the album changed after George joined the band. I understand that AM! has gotten into the habit of re-releasing material in some ways, but from a fan's perspective I think it's actually cool how they've been releasing demos and that kind of stuff on vinyl and wish more bands I really care about would do that. Just my opinion, I totally understand that it's not for everyone.
dustin415
I'm willing to bet that this reissue/demo release is an effort to inject some cash into their self-label. With that in mind, I can understand and forgive why this is coming so soon after a previous demo release, or even so soon after the original album as well. harryq
which is more likely: axl rose (the demos) or reinventing reinventing axl rose (a remix/reinterpretation like alkaline trio's damnesia)?

I don't see the latter happening. I say remaster + demos (think Goddamnit Redux)
sharkie
I'm really interested to hear the Warren Crosses release, but like all their other re-releases I'll just download it honestly
IanRees
There are a few extra songs that came with the download that i woulda liked to see as a 7" so im definitely stoked for this release. "Bob Dylan Dream" is a really good song.
salaho
I don't see the latter happening. I say remaster + demos (think Goddamnit Redux) The lastest (32nd) press of RAR is a Re-mastered edition!
