Shitty Rambo
I absolutely love the first Mars Volta album. Its great start to finish but dont really care too much about anything else they've released. This!! Agreed, everything they've done post DITC has been to off the wall for me. On another I do enjoy me some fucking Sparta and wish they'd make more music.

aikola
I saw them a few times while they were around and at the time I found them totally inspiring. Fast forward 10 or so years I don't think the music has aged well at all. I guess I vote for I don't think I care if they have a reunion of any type. Id have to disagree, I think it has aged really well, relationship of command has had an influence on a ton of modern post hardcore acts. However most bands that have split up should stay dead as they usually end up releasing some mediocre record.

dantheriver
Close enough for me to go but that line up is pretty cringeworthy.
TheGhostOfRandySavage
Close enough for me to go but that line up is pretty cringeworthy. Also...how is Megadeth not the headliner of that garbage? I'd definitely go see ATDI open for Megadeth though, if that were the whole show. steventangent
I know so many people that go to Rock on the Range. It's so bad every year. I really, REALLY want to see ATDI though...and maybe four other bands from that whole garbage lineup :-/

steventangent
I'd see Rob Zombie. I've seen him before. Sounds terrible, but his shows are an incredibly ridiculous spectacle. Also Ghost, Clutch, and I've never seen The Sword. They're playing a club near my house soon anyway though. Still haven't heard their terrible new record! Don't bother seeing The Sword. 3 of their 5 albums are super incredible to me, but their live show is garbage. They sound great, but have no stage presence whatsoever. Aaaactually, he was upset about his mother passing away, and said being on stage was the last thing he wanted to be doing at the time.
