Ships pretty fast and they usually throw in some random record, i got a pretty sweet Christmas album from the 70s in one of my orders. The only prob I had with them was about 3-4 years ago. They got hacked and customer info was stolen. It's since been fixed, and I've ordered a few times since. hiddentruth Posted January 30, 2012 Author Share Posted January 30, 2012 I notice nobody ever seems to actually buy records off them, I have a shopping cart full...but will not pull the trigger unless I hear someone say their LP's are cool....I had noticed some people on other forums mentioned they were good for bags/boxes/sleeves, pretty much basically what people have said in this thread....but no one ever said they bought records....they have SO many sealed cut outs, I might just have to take a shot & see what happens...if I do I will let all you guys know....just tired of dealing with shady online mail order vendors........ Sometimes when the sleeves are produced a small fraction get made a little too small. The vast majority is absolutely fine so you must have gotten an odd batch. We haven't had some of the same record store customers for decades by sending out defective stuff, we promise. If you have not contacted us yet to resolve this issue - please do so! We will make it right! We will either call tag the item or get photos and then send out a replacement or refund at no additional charge. We do quality control our incoming lots, but every once in a while it's just a box or a box 1/2 that came in a little weird and got missed. We definitely apologize for the inconvenience! The main product I regularly use is the poly lined 12" inner sleeves. I've went through a few thousand and have had zero problems with them. avery Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 i've bought the 3 mil sleeves for 12"s from square deals through amazon and never had a prob. even my 180gram double gatefold 2xLPs fit in the sleeves so i can't complain. never bought any music though.
