rkfoster8
I had a mild panic attack tonight, thinking I may have gotten another one. Luckily I think it was just back spasms. However, it made me relive my first experience. So I wrote about it in a lighthearted way, with a video from Modern Family/Scrubs/Friends I feel accurately describes what I probably looked and sounded like. So I figured I'd share. A bold move with the likes of some here. http://rkfoster8.blogspot.com/
travis
I had one of these a while back and holy fuck that is some painful shit!
Guest
Once you get one, you're a lot more likely to get another then someone who has never had one getting one. Good luck!
controlthebleeding
Got a buddy who had them regularly (once a month) for years, he had gotten so use to them they didn't even bother him anymore. Well for a while he was passing enough to fill up a small fish bowl. he had to have a stint put in in order to pass them as there was so much scarring. they figured out what was wrong and why he was passing them so regularly. he hasn't had more than 2 in the last 4 years. he's so use to the pain it's actually a blessing that he passes one every so often now. hipsterasfolk
I use to have crazy muscle spasm during high school, It hurt so bad I considered ripping my legs off. Worst ones is when I grew 3-4 inches over summer break. Also bone splints after I bench 400 the first time....I gave up lifting for weeks! element101
My friend (had quite a few episodes.), his doctor said having a lemon or something involving lemon once a week will pretty much insure you wont have these.

Geez, that is terrible. My guy just went through having 3. Terrible thing to go through, it's a shame your friend had them so often.
