Its most likely a cell phone camera pic, he didnt edit it.

They were selling these on tour a few years ago. It may have been a tour only exclusive to be honest...I cant remember

no it doesnt, record labels just like to send out records with no cover art or anything.. it eas shipping in a mailer like that
