travis
It comes out 5/29. Appears to be CD only, I was hoping for vinyl too. Seems to be a B-sides type of collection with 2 never before heard songs.

mclz
The Melancholy Connection (instead of collection) http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=202034& Sweden’s favorite skatepunk unit Millencolin release a new b-sides collection, going back to songs from their now classic Pennybridge Pioneers album, and including everything they released afterwards. The CD comes with a DVD, featuring a documentary that looks inside the making of Pennybridge, with classic archival footage of the band and Bad Religion/Epitaph founder Brett Gurewitz in the studio. All this with 2 never- before-heard tracks! This collection will be a must for fans of classic California influenced hardcore, and introduce new fans to this seminal band. 1 Carry You 2 Out From Nowhere 3 Absolute Zero 4 Mind The Mice 5 The Downhill Walk 6 E20-Norr 7 Bull By The Horns 8 Junkie For Success 9 Dinner Dog 10 Ratboys Masterplan 11 Phony Tony 12 Queens Gambit 13 Bowmore 14 Into The Maze
donlombardo
Except Queens Gambit (which is amazing), Bowmore and Dinner Dog these songs are pretty bland... I'm trying to get excited for Carry You and Out From Nowhere, but it's pretty hard to get excited for anything Millencolin these days unfortunately. donlombardo
Kingwood was 7 years ago. Yes, it's a pretty good record, but after that everything has smelled pretty bad. even live.

tonyregret
They've released one record after Kingwood, and I agree it was a disappointment. They're still good live and they basically disowned that last album anyway. As good as Pennybridge was I put Kingwood ahead of it. Its my favorite from the band and their best work, in my humble opinion.
crime
I didn't mind Machine 15.
mclz
Home from Home is their best record, duh!
travis
Life on a Plate, For Monkeys and Pennybridge blow the rest of their stuff away. Home From Home is ok and so is Kingwood. Machine 15 was better than I expected it to be but none of those even come close to the first 3. Still love these guys though.

Machine 15 was better than I expected it to be but none of those even come close to the first 3. Still love these guys though. This sums up exactly what I'm thinking too. Some of the drumming on Life on a Plate and For Monkeys is seriously shredding and the backing vocals on Pennybridge are the best I've heard on a record.... hmmm, think I like this band, a lot. PS someone sell me Same old tunes and Kingwood.
jonnystorm777
I have a Pioneer up for trade/sale. Never spun, very little wear on cover. I would take offers.
birdwell
Bullion is probably one of my favorite opening tracks to any album ever, definitely in my top 5 songs to open a record with

mrcapitillar
Millencolin was one of the first punk bands I ever got into. Still love them today. I'm stoked to hear about this.
