dreamover
don't buy from this shitty ass label. still waiting for my records that were "in stock" two months ago.
Thom Yorkified
My store has the icy blue copies in now. I got a pink copy about a month ago.
slinch
I picked up a copy at the nearest Media Markt, and to my surprise it was on magenta vinyl. Sure, it cost $3 more than it would from the label including shipping, but I didn't have to wait. I LOVE the debossed back art on the jacket. magnumtaurus
I recently moved and emailed Echo Park records saying 'hey, I ordered these records a month ago and haven't received shipping confirmation... I'm moving in two weeks, here is my new address' and miraculously they shipped the next day. I think you just need to keep tabs on them, which is annoying. gmoney
My store has the icy blue copies in now. I got a pink copy about a month ago. Icy blues have not been pressed yet, as far as I know. Ones out now that have stickers that indicate blue, are actually magenta.

I think you just need to keep tabs on them, which is annoying. we've had about 10 emails back in forth. one of the records i ordered, they ran out of because they accidentally sent 10 to a store that won't return them. they're offering to send me whatever they have left, and i finally said, okay just send it, but they offered to send me the rest of my order 5 or 6 times in the last two months. i always agree, yet they still haven't sent them. even though they say "we'll send you confirmation later today". oxxo
For a tiny label, IDIB blows through an amazing amount of vinyl; all 20,000 copies of "Kill For Love" are gone. I was going to post that they had the icey blue repress up (the "rarer" of the pressings at a whopping 5,000), but they're already gone. Last week they had 350 copies. Insane. lexicondevil
Funny I just ordered a copy about two weeks ago and they shipped it really quickly. Great record.
oxxo
IDIB has updated their store with some new vinyl that they'll probably blow through in like two days: GLASS CANDY "B/E/A/T/B/O/X" Remastered On Crystal Clear Vinyl (3000 copies) "AFTER DARK" 3xLP Remastered On Crystal Clear (5000 copies) "Kill For Love" 2xLP On Snow White Vinyl (1000 Copies) CHROMATICS "Night Drive" 2xLp On White Vinyl (250 Copies)
Derek™
Nice post, oxxo. I've been sleeping on listening to Kill For Love for a while now. (It's just so long.TWSS) But having gotten around to it the other day, I now feel obligated to pull the trigger. Really can't beat that double-LP price... but I'm leaning towards either the magenta or icy variants, even if they're a few bucks more elsewhere. cwhitmuzik
Prices are amazing but you have to deal with what I've heard is a mess of customer service.
darkeyelids
Prices are amazing but you have to deal with what I've heard is a mess of customer service. I have dealt with them three times with absolutely no issues at all, maybe i am lucky? but i haven't heard of anything too bad either
kk-downing
Man I've been waiting far too long for that After Dark re-press. BOUGHT.

pillowscars
That's because they sold out of the 10,000 copies of the first press much faster than they thought and had to wait for a repress. I've never had a problem with them.
oxxo
OK, so it took 5 days instead of 2: GLASS CANDY "B/E/A/T/B/O/X" Remastered On Crystal Clear Vinyl (3000 copies - 34 left) "AFTER DARK" 3xLP Remastered On Crystal Clear (5000 copies) "Kill For Love" 2xLP On Snow White Vinyl (1000 Copies) "Kill For Love" 2xLP 2nd Edition On Clear Blue Vinyl (1000 Copies) CHROMATICS "Night Drive" 2xLp On White Vinyl (250 Copies)

Derek™
Dumb question, but do you suppose that "transparent blue" is the same as the icy blue?
nostalgicbummer
been wanting to check out kill for love for a while, heard good things about symmetry- themes for an imaginary film so I picked it up as well a pretty blind purchase but the prices are awesome
