I am excited to finally be getting in some mewithoutyou vinyl. mewithoutyou are just one of those genre-bending bands that need to be hear on vinyl. The only bad side to all of this is that had I gotten in touch with Tooth and Nail about 6 months earlier, all 3 mewithoutyou albums would be coming out through Vinyl Collective as a box set. Oh well. At least “Brother, Sister” will be coming out on wax and from what I have heard their other albums will soon be coming out.

mine came on white from burnt toast. if its any consolation virgil, a boxset would have been way sweeter than each album separately. maybe it at least helped open the door for the norma jean boxset...

thats what i was thinking, but i'm using the money i made off selling my cds for now, so i'll have to get back to lunch money for the things that are coming out later (saves the day!)

50 bucks. not bad, especially because i hadn't listened to any of them in years.
