Emo Revival
Man, they've got great prices on alot of good stuff! Was shipping reasonable? Haha that's where I work. It's a flat rate of $5.98 per order. We have a shit load of vinyl that most people don't know about. I got a copy of The Dear Huner Act 1 & 2 that we had sitting since it came out

timbrh2001
Oh, well I really hope that you have copies of Press in stock! i can vouch for fact that they did when I ordered a few months back. Arrived in perfect shape. I was shocked I found it there. It's not really easy to find in that format. Plus, it was the original press (???) with the Red lettering (which I believe there was a re-press with yellow lettering???)
tonyregret
they have Johnny Socko's Full Trucker Effect listed as available!
hellbent
Fella's, please hurry and post the kickstarter so I don't spend my money on some thing else. Please, and thank you. rudeboydh

circuit bored records
I've found and passed on soo many copies of Press in the used section at amoeba for anywhere from $2 to 5$. Passed on it only because I already have a copy and haven't been back in a few months. I'll post on here next time I'm there and I find any. Side story, last time I saw Dan P in SF i told him how I was coming across a lot of copies for $2, and he was like "they're really asking THAT much for it??". I fuckin love that guy. rudeboydh

Does anyone have a copy they'd like to sell???

xjustinxschwierx
out of curiosity do people not like the Pilfers album or are you just not familiar with the band? If I put the album up streaming on my bandcamp page would you listen to it? They were the kind of band that as long as you got people in front of them, they would win over any audience...but the ex member factor never really wowed people. I've been kind of surprised to see they haven't been getting much love around here, but IMO that's easily the best album from the first Kickstarter campaign. And Chawalaleng is even better! tonyregret
Pilfers were a band that never seemed to catch on within the ska scene. They toured with the right bands but never had the popularity or lasting power of their contemporaries. I enjoyed both of their albums but I think the S/T is strongly dated now, it's tough to completely listen to it any more.
flood
i dunno, they were HUGE in connecticut and boston....they were an odd sounding band to match tho... they toured with like RBF (whom they werent a good match) and then they toured with more trad-ish/soul bands whom they were too hard/loud for... they still bring it live tho. hellbent
Pilfers album is now streaming: http://undercomm.bandcamp.com/album/pilfers I'm going to have to give this a listen. Haven't heard them in years and can't remember anything about them. If I'm liking it I may have to jump on this record soon.
hellbent
Listened to and will be buying. That Pilfers record is great. Sometimes I wish I had a Delorean and a Doc. Brown. xjustinxschwierx
