heypeterman Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 I received my box set a week ago and the vinyl is the same as the US release. Kinda bummed but not really why I bought the box set. Then, yesterday I got a random envelope from merchlimited that had "papers" as the description on the customs form. I open it up and it's Tommy's lyric notes!!! I think the last time I won something that was one of a kind was when I was 12, in '92. I won a hockey stick that was autographed by the entire Vancouver Canucks team. Those are pretty special, I wonder if there are any lyrics that didn't make the cut, or anything that helps explain the story. Idk but they lost me at smooth out the eyes, smooth out the lips. I honestly haven't had a chance to compare them to the actual songs yet. From the picture I posted, you can kind of see the notes in the lyrics are a little messy so it may take a little time to compare. I remember Tommy's girlfriend or wife posting on Facebook that whoever won would have a hard time deciphering the lyric notes. She wasn't kidding! From tws-music-uk I ordered both the violet/lilac and yellow/blue (still available) through their Amazon store and received them in pristine conidtion.
