I fully understand street dates and all that but I can't comprehend the idea of Customer Service behind having a customer drive 30 miles to pick up items he put on hold that morning all to tell him, hey this album thats been out for around 10 years... you can't buy it because the street date is the 11th....? I was going to ask them to do that... alas, it was a saturday night and I wouldn't want them to contact you then. They said they would hold it for me "until street date" They were rather mean about it too... They were like, well maybe other places are selling it, but at HT, it doesn't come out until the Street date of 12/11... I told them it was a Hot Topic Exclusive and stores were already selling it.... I gave up. They were helpless. The unfortunate part is I used to know the person who was running that store and that was when their vinyl was flying off the shelves.... now they still have every copy of everything and I can see why. It has been a very hard long couple of days and one of the positives was being able to own this.... and then that turned out to be a bust too. Hopefully before Christmas but not sure yet. I did get a picture from the plant of one of the Living Well LPs and it looks amazing! My photobucket is fucked up though so I'll try to upload the pic here tonite. Just picked up a copy of Save the World on my lunch break and holy shit, these looks great in person!
