The golden tickets were only through the band directly, and the black w/ white prints should go on sale shortly via BR. The band will also have copies of the black variant on tour with them for their April tour with Kendrick Lamar and Steve Aoki. I will - once again - have copies available after the tour as well. I've been busy with these 7"s, so we haven't discussed it much. Hopefully when we are caught up on these singles they'll let me take a stab at this full length.
