He didn't change his availability or even mention it. Just didn't come in. It's his first job and he's been here for 3 weeks. A woman came in the second we opened and threw a fit because the rotisserie chickens weren't done (the oven wouldn't light for like 40 minutes) and proceeded to get a ton of stuff while complaining every 30 seconds that "I'm on a tight schedule!" She came in again two hours later, while I had a line of like 20 people, and complained again that there were no chickens (first batch sold out and it was too busy for me to package out the second). She said to a customer "I'm ready to strangle this kid" so I blew up and was like "Yeah. I'm having a wonderful time back here. Look around and use some common sense."
