The Mondo Records Thread - You think limited? Will sell fast?

It's definitely up to Mondo to replace that

No one is arguing this. Clearly it's a mistake on their part that they will gladly make right. We're simply suggesting that he save himself a lot of hassle contacting Mondo, repackaging, mailing and waiting for a replacement when the issue could be solved with a bit of 50 cent superglue.

No one suggested that. The only suggestion was for him to glue it himself. It wasn't phrased like, "Why don't you glue it yourself so you can save the hassle of contacting Mondo, repackaging, mailing and waiting for a replacement."

Come on now. I'm sure the guy is smart enough to know all the steps involved in returning a record for a replacement. We're simply suggesting an alternative to save him the trouble.

Edit: chill out on the downvotes, you two. We're just trying to help the guy out.

Just glue it yourself and move on with your life.  This is all part of a bigger problem that is slowly suffocating this world:  "Sure I can fix it easily, but why should I?  I didn't make the problem, so it's not my responsibility to fix it."

Does anyone else need this soapbox?  I'm done with it.

I don't see an issue asking for a replacement jacket. I work hard for my money, and if I bought something that had a defect, I'd expect a replacement.

Nobody said it was an issue, Mondo replacement policy is to send the damaged item back first. That is more of a hassle than gluing it.
