I'll listen to Human Animal in a bit...somebody tell me East Beast doesn't rock domes. Music is tough, not sure how I feel about the vocals. Could grow on me though. To expand on our love for hardcore.. what are some of the best shows you guys have seen? I'd be interested to see what shows you guys caught back in the day. Mine are... #1. Back to back Give Up The Ghost shows right after the name change a little bit before the break up. One of my favorite bands of all time. Only been able to see them 5 or 6 times in total, including the reunion show in NYC this past year. That shit made my year. #2. Suicide File's last show at Hellfest '03(?) #3. Terror's first tour with Blood for Blood when they only had the 4 song demo.
bigbruise
The vocals are what got me into it, plus how many hardcore bands do you know with "nigga" in the lyrics? Not really "hardcore" per say but I call most things hardcore anyways... Back when I was about 15 I saw: Every Time I DIe (Logic of Crocodiles video shoot) Winter Solstice Nodes of Ranvier Mewithoutyou (Touring A-B Life) Norma Jean (just after Josh left, everybody was lead vocals that night) Every Time I Die and Norma Jean were the shit

dave_jones
wait, they have "nigga" in their lyrics? so lame. yeaaa i'm gonna have to agree. i hate the whole phenomenon of everyone using 'nigga' I don't know if it's a northeast thing or a country wide epidemic, but i see more and more kids who have no business using it saying 'nigga' every other word. drives me nuts.
