minor incident Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 It's probably still a bad idea to sell them like that. It reminds me of when I sold an older phone a few years back after upgrading. In the auction I listed very clearly that it did not turn on and I didn't know what the problem was. Of course the guy who bought it opened a case on ebay saying the phone didn't work and had been "tampered with." And of course he won, and got his money back, well after I had spent it. Edit: to clarify, I'm not saying he's doing anything wrong by selling records that skip, rather that I'm just VERY cautious about selling "broken" things on eBay due to their overly seller-hostile attitude.
