That's the only SDRE LP I don't own as the majority of the time, people have it up for absurd BINs. I've had the CD since it came out but non of my shops ended up getting the LP back then. Rising Tide gets a ton of flack but I think it's a great album. The two tracks you mentioned are a couple of my favorites too and I think the whole album is solid.
