I noticed that a couple of weeks ago (been looking out for a clear Sigur Ros () UK based) and mouth hit the floor. He's sold a load of stuff recently it seems. Those jiffy mailers are really shite.

to be fair, its not necessarily what it's shipped inside but the reinforcement that matters. a bubble lined mailer alone would be horrible because there is no sturdiness, but if the record is put in a sleeve and then sandwiched between 2 strong cardboard inserts with a little tape on either side to keep it in place then its not the worst packing in the world. having said that, i personally use cruciform mailers, inserts and sometimes bubble wrap if need be, but that can get pretty expensive.
