bouncingsoles123
i was on another message board and a guy actually had a copy of nothing gold can stay signed the same way... actually on the grooves. you'd think that a band like that would know better (especially with chad being a vinyl collector himself), but according to the owner, it plays fine and doesnt scratch off or anything like that. I want that so bad, not the signed one, but that in general. There are added samples that didn't make it to the recorded version and I would be happy with just the rips. I guess I should look for that too. I really just want to hear all the songs with the samples.

xcarlupanddiex
anyway after checking most of the ebay links - i ask this to all americans : guys, do you know your $ is worth shit ? I mean, Europeans and UK people have got the 2x chances to get the record at a "cheaper" price . get used to these prices.
thomas
The strength of our currency has nothing to do with ridiculous ebay prices on records.

kurtz
The strength of our currency has nothing to do with ridiculous ebay prices on records. Actually about 1/4 of the record that I have sold on ebay in the last year have gone to international buyers, and most of them went for more than I expected. thebiglebowski
The strength of our currency has nothing to do with ridiculous ebay prices on records. I was thinking that same thing. It really does. When I was 19 and went to Canada you could buy drinks at the bar for $4 Canadian, when each American dollar got you $1.50 Canadian. Now, the drinks are still $4, but the American and Canadian dollars are equal. Thus, Canada is way more expensive for 19 year olds who live on the border. The same thing is going on for the Europeans. They are getting the advantage I used to get when I first turned 19.
thomas
Well in a certain regard, it does encourage more international bidders, but I don't take international bids on my stuff and I've had stuff go higher than expected too.
