Recently my record label has gotten it's shit together and we're finally selling our material more frequently. I have no idea how to handle pricing international orders. I have someone in japan who wants to buy 4 tapes and I have someone in Sweeden who wants to buy 4 records. What is the best and cheapest way to send these? Are there quick ways to estimate these costs? I am sure there has been threads about this already, but I am new. Word up! This forum seems rad. brianmorgante Posted March 2, 2013 Share Posted March 2, 2013 Last package I sent for my band to South Korea was $17. Last one to Germany was also $17. Both were around a pound. We up'd all of our shipping on our store to 17 for records. We're about to be sending out some lightweight cds, and even those for international orders were $6 a piece. 4 tapes should definitely be over $15 shipping out standard international! circuit bored records Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 Is anybody else not receiving their packages from overseas? I had two orders placed a few months ago (one from amazon.uk and one from FATCAT) and neither showed up. About a month ago I got in contact with both places who both said they would reship the orders, and still nothing has arrived. Any other people having this problem? I want to go the post office and find out what's up but I know without a tracking number/ customs form number ill be out of luck unless they are randomly holding my international packages for some reason. But I haven't gotten any pickup or hold slips either. I'm not impatient about the matter but part of me feels like my international packages are getting lost/stolen every time. It's just a bummer.
