Ordered my copy from Best Buy... got a CD. Called and tried to get it corrected and all they did was send me a return shipping label and offer credit back.

Escalated through their EMAIL customer service. Got the same answer about just getting a refund and then trying to order the product again. ESCALATED AGAIN to a manager in their online customer service department. Just received an email that they have reshipped the correct item w/ tracking. Should show up tomorrow. We will see if it's the actual vinyl this time or just another shipped CD. They don't seem to have a firm grasp on the concept of CD vs. Vinyl copy... not holding my breath.
