Route36west1
Walmart has mini crates labeled as DVD/media storage. Only like a $1.25 and fits perfect. jtcohenour

idreamofpunk
I use these. About $10 a piece, but I might buy one more. It's not like I buy one every week or something. AH! I just realized they don't have it in black anymore. Ugh... Might have to find something else in the future.

I still have the baskets handy, and can pop some records into it.
rajiv56
That's, Un-Fuggin'-Belivable! I got one just like this at Target a couple of years ago and it was a few bucks cheaper. I couldn't find it online but it might be worth checking out the next time you are at a Target.
idreamofpunk
about how many 7"s would you say these hold? I like the bamboo one, but it's $17... If the bamboo one is the same size, I am able to fit 80 in there comfortably. That's also with some more unorthodox packaging (thicker packaging on some of them like the tumblin' dice gaslight 7"s). You can fit more in there, but that allows a bit more room for thumbing through.
GradedOnACurve
These fit 7"s perfectly. Probably $3 or $4 at your local K-Mart

bathroommonkey
i thought everyone used the utterly inconvenient 7 inch box method. who the hell wants these thing out in the open all the time? drds89
thomasj182
I keep mine in a cube in my expedit, they're anchored by some 10's and box sets but it makes it really hard to pull any of them out. Thinking about creating them to put them on top of the expedit.
castaway
Go to your post office and get a medium flat rate box. Actually you don't even have to leave your house, USPS will deliver those boxes to your house for free ninety free.
mindovermatter
I use these guys. I only have a couple hundred 7"s and I am able to fit them all in 3 of these. Plus, they looks pretty nice on the shelf. I'll try to add a pic soon. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=17445162&RN=204&KSKU=202048&
Guest
Priority Mail boxes from the post office if you want a free solution (edit: see 2 posts up...kudos to that poster!). I even use one of the cut-off flaps to cover the gap on the bottom of the inside between the smaller flaps. I try to cover the gap as much as possible (via measure/cut) and use some tape to hold it all in place.

I try to cover the gap as much as possible (via measure/cut) and use some tape to hold it all in place. Totally did the same thing. I actually also folded an entire other box up too (fold all the flaps down into the box, then tape them up), and just stuck the whole thing right inside the other box (tight fit but it works). So now it's super reinforced and there's less wiggle room for everything.
