HybridxReality
Plus there's a limited quantity, so I'd like to believe it's the Red/White marble.
thejesseb
If you order from amazon you will get black. Its what I got and it was the retail variant.
futures
Usually the variant with the largest quantity is what Amazon and other retailers get (aside from HT exclusives).
codeine
Just order from RFC, support indie labels and not power-conglomerates. What's an extra day or few, when the record's been out for half a year already? CaliforniaNoise
HybridxReality
Yeah, I just told myself that. Happened a couple times. I was trying to save $3-$5 by going with Amazon, but might as well go with RFC and actually get the variant I want for just a fraction more. I'm dumb. I haven't listened to this album in full, but heard "Silhouette (Latin Skin)" and loved it. Can't wait to get this, despite me being a bit late to the party. Surprised the red/white hasn't sold out yet.

codeine
I waited a while to get it too. It was a grower for me. Winter Forever was a grower for me too. Pretty different direction though. WF seemed to go a little bit radio rock, this is more like moody/laid back, I guess? Hard to describe. I think I like the album more than the 7" prequel, but I like everything they've done and appreciate that it's not the same album every time. When I first heard WF ("It's Over"), I thought his singing voice was so odd. But I grew to love it. I don't think this one will take me long to get into. I love the more chilled out vibe from what I've heard so far. I also haven't listened to WF in full, but I've heard most tracks. Love it. Should've added that to my order.. Damn it. I was the same way when I first got into this band. Now I consider Seahaven to be my top faves of this genre.
Shelby
When I first heard Winter Forever I thought it was bad and I still think it's bad. Reverie Lagoon is amazing though. Hobbes

alogical
Damn, really? Hm. I really like Winter Forever. Same here. RL isn't horrible but WF is better IMO.
HybridxReality
Same here. RL isn't horrible but WF is better IMO. It's a great album! I don't see the big hate on it. I love the sound of it. Not sure what genre you can categorize them in, but yeah, I love that [genre] sound of Winter Forever.
codeine
Ghost will always be my main squeeze, but they haven't done anything I dislike. 'Goodnight' on WF is one of my fav seahaven songs. For me the rest of the album was a grower, I didn't like it at first until I gave it some more listens, similar experience with RL, but different direction. codeine
Yeah same with Mike D.'s backup vox, they grow on you in a big way. Both unique voices, it's surprising how well he compliments Kyle Soto's tone/style.
futures
Mike D's voice reminds me of Mark Hoppus in some areas of WF.

futures
Me too! I was so ready to come back here to some major hating on me for saying that lol. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who hears it.
dvv
Sounds strange but I see WF as their Déjà and RL as their Devil and God. Each amazing in their own way.

futures
Must they be compared to Brand New? They were compared to Brand New in a lot of the reviews for Ghost / WF.
