That's what I had, I had to zoom out of the page (command minus symbol if you're on a mac) and it showed up. It was janky, and there was no payment button and no scroll bar, but that was after I posted originally, haha. Before that I couldn't submit my login,then once I refreshed and got thru that, I couldn't submit/confirm my shipping address. THEN I got to the lack of payment button.
