You shouldn't have any trouble finding something Perfect answer, in downtown Vancouver there should be a lot of vegan foods at normal restaurants, but I would maybe call some local ones in and around their to so what is on the menu. I'm going to try and make an annual trip up there (it's a short train ride for me), so I'll be sure to try some more recommendations.
