Buffbloom
Is there a vinyl pre-order for this? Also since they're back on equal vision any news on some early stuff repress? Did you check the Equal Vision store...
IanRees
After first listen im not that into it, definitely liked Daybreak better. Maybe it will grow on me. I just cant get used to Chris' singing w/ a higher voice, most of the time its just too whiny for me.
blueprintforjoy
Just listened to this and I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. So pumped to see them! Anyone going to the Boston show?

serum7
Hmmm, one listen through and nothing really stands out. It's not bad though, very straight forward pop-rock songs.
backpackoat
I really, really like this. Stand in the Stars is the obvious standout for me. Happy I pledged. Buffbloom

rocketcat
I had no hope for this release but I guess I was wrong, this is really good, all the songs are great.
museummouth
This may be their worst album. But it's still a solid 8/10 album. STD is just always that good. it's just not as diverse as their other stuff.
ilikeguitars
To me this feels almost like a sequel to in reverie. I like it a lot and cant wait to see them live next month. Shitty Rambo

jimmyg
Liked them since 'CSD' but lost interest at 'UTB'. So for that reason I never even bother with 'Daybreak', but I like the sound of the new songs. Is 'Daybreak' worth visiting?

Daybreak is the superior album IMO. you should check it out. this album was good, but it left me wanting to listen to Daybreak after, like something was unfinished. i think it will just take me a bit longer to get into it. njpunkmusic
Album is starting to grow on me. I dont like it because it reminds me of In Reverie which is my least favorite of theirs. I was really hoping it would sound a bit closer to the trilogy.

serum7
Interesting seeing the In Reverie comparisons. That's my favorite album and I don't really hear it. The only thing that really bugs me, and it could just be me not being able to "unhear" it, but Chris sounds so monotone all the time on this album. Other than that there's some solid jams on this one.
castaway
Wish this would have came out 3 months ago. Would have been a nice lil Summer soundtrack.
