russellqwerty
I'm looking to finish my collection of Appleseed Cast LPs: Sagarmatha Mare Vitalis Peregrine
David The Gnome
You've got 3 hours left to buy Sagarmatha and support a good cause: http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/graveface-records-fundraiser
drds89
Welcome! Do you have a list on discogs, dead format, etc. and any transaction history, feedback? I may able to help you with a couple of those, but agree with sapst16, pick up a Black Sagamartha while the fundraiser is still going. I did on the first day as I needed it and it's for a great cause, great label!
russellqwerty
Thanks for the link! I guess I can cross Sagarmatha off the list now, although the 1st press vinyl was beautiful. I am new to vc/discogs and haven't uploaded my collection or anything. I can however point you to my ebay profile, and you can see my feedback history: http://myworld.ebay.com/russell.qwerty David The Gnome
russellqwerty
In case anyone is following this: I just picked up Peregrine on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/The-Appleseed-Cast-Peregrine-Vinyl-LP-/290966572081?pt=Music_on_Vinyl&hash=item43bef58c31&autorefresh=true
David The Gnome
I was gonna shoot you that listing last night but totally forgot. I'm glad you caught it!
russellqwerty
Hey thanks man. I'm tempted to pick up one of those BIT mare vitalis as well, but they are a bit pricey. Maybe I'll bit the bullet, it is a holiday after all!
David The Gnome
The one for $70 isn't the worst price ever but you could probably get it for around $50 if you wanted to be patient.
phabletzza
Just grabbed the Graveface repress of Mare Vitalis on discogs for $50 in NM condition, worth putting it in your Want List to be notified if one pops up...
russellqwerty
I was wondering how everybody uploads their collection/wantlist, is it by hand? that might take some time..
russellqwerty
Also, I picked up a Graveface repress on ebay over the weekend as a holiday gift for myself. Collection complete, thank you all especially sapst16 for the sagmartha link
drds89
I was wondering how everybody uploads their collection/wantlist, is it by hand? that might take some time.. The database on here isn't working. Most use Dead Format or Discogs (I just loaded into Discogs (data entry, find your exact pressing) in addition to DF (text entry)). Depending upon how many titles you have, even if you just do 5 minutes a day, you'll surprised how much headway you can make in a few weeks. One collector had about 350 records, and 1 minute per day per title, BAM! done in a year
phabletzza
Yeah, by hand. Sucks at first, but is great when you're out shopping and can't remember what you've got at home. Plus discogs has a pretty awesome feature where you can see minimum/maximum/average selling prices for stuff in your collection so you can see whether there's stuff you've got that's worth selling. I'm a big fan.
russellqwerty
hmm, i do make apps for ios and android and discogs does have an api... I'll have to look into this after I move next week
