allenh Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 Mine arrived here in the UK yesterday, first I've heard by them so am glad I pre ordered and got the 7" and will be looking out for more by the band. There seem to be plenty of the green vinyl release here in the UK so I expect I will end up buying one to play so I don't wear out the pink copy by playing it too much. I went to see them w/ Cave the other night in NYC and they were amazing.. they have the pink copy on tour with them along with a "limited" cassette of the new record. nelso330 Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 they are selling that cassette on the thrill jockey site as well...i believe its like 100-200 or so...not that limited....for a cassette...i'd call a limited cassette 75 and less....IMO This LP is amazing, but visually and musically! The 7" both songs rule! The pink matches the (Led Zeppelin-esque III) cover perfectly! Don't miss out; they're a cheap ticket to begin with. I know everyone is so-so on the last two albums but they mix well in a live set & they have amazing chops.
