I love watching shows sitting on a lawn. really? theres nothing i really hate more than paying to go to a concert, then being hundreds of feet from stage watching the show on a big screen. parkinglot Posted January 26, 2016 Share Posted January 26, 2016 i really, really hate outdoor shows. i have never had a good experience. brand new is playing edmoton in june at a club with a capacity of like 500. no barriers and the stage is about 4 feet off the ground. when they played here in 2012 they were at a 2000 person venue, so I'm a little confused. Yeah, I really enjoy it. I hate being confined to such a small seat space/area. I like being able to get up and move around if I want. My glory days in the pit are long gone; so on the lawn, it's a bit more relaxed. The distance never really bothers me that much. I took a girl there and she got mad that the only PDA I was down for was holding pinkies instead of holding hands. My adopted brother ran into his ex and her (then) current boyfriend and caused issues by telling them something that was supposed to be a secret because he drank a 5th of Jack while trying to impress the girl he liked who helped run the place. It's not though, so who cares? Worst case scenario is somebody who somehow didn't realize they could buy this winds up discovering it's available.
