When I emailed Clifton Motel & Burning House about the CD, they said it came with the pink bundle. I just assumed that was the only way to get it. They tried getting him to make another one for me but he was away with family at the time. I'd be happy to buy just the CD then even if they don't have the pink variant. I mean, it was $20, but I just checked my e-mail and sure enough: Dig Up the Dead-Autograph (CD) Acoustic Dig Up The Dead w/custom Artwork Dig Up The Dead-Digital DL The pink vinyl came signed also, and came with a print #/100. Good luck dude! Damn, that's a bummer. I'm not too worried about getting it though. In anticipation of their new album, I figured I'd try finding a copy before more people hooked.
