kylet Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 Just wondering what the guidelines for adding an image to your signature are. The dimensions of my image is 300 x 174 pixels. I've tried it as both a gif and a jpeg. I've tried to code it to redirect to my website, and with out coding just using the uploading tool. Every way I do it I keep getting this error: Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions, please try another image. Any suggestions?
