My justification was that it is their first record on a prolific doom label and it will be hard to find later. I don't think these guys are doom in a Monolord super slow and repetitive sense. They remind me more of the livelier Sabbath songs. I think that's why I dig them so much. Yeah, once these guys are discovered by the larger metal public, they will blow up. I read an article and I guess Rise Above was quick to sign them to a deal when they heard them. It was around $23 with shipping for what I hope is the red. I'm hoping the band gets the purple and I can buy it directly from them. And now I'm doing the stupid multiple variant thing again!
