ChasHawk
FOB and Halsey are up on Hot Topics site if anyone is interested. i was told at the store today also that Hot Cash can be used on Vinyl, but only in stores. http://www.hottopic.com/band-merch/vinyl/ I can confirm this from my store as well. The FOB album is the same as retail, and is cheaper just about everywhere else it is sold.

TFP
If this is true, and you can use Hot Cash in stores for records, how would this work? Do I need the physical paper "$15 off $30" card?

Because they've havent allowed it before, and earlier in this cycle the store by me specifically told customers vinyl wasn't included. DecayToDeath
this was told to me today at my local store in Los Angeles. they also still had the buy 2 get 1 deal up as well. Some stores allow it but others don't because they're technically not supposed to
ChasHawk
They were sent an email this week telling them to allow hot cash for records in store. Buy 2 get 1 cannot be applied in conjunction with hot cash.

ChasHawk
Travis. Can you clarify on the Hot Cash? I buy my records from the same dude, at the same store 90% of the time. He showed me the email.
CVHX
damn. if i had some hot cash, i would for sure go to a couple stores near me. last summer when the blink releases were steadily coming out, i had a ton of hot cash and was able to use it on records from time to time. psus2h
this was told to me today at my local store in Los Angeles. they also still had the buy 2 get 1 deal up as well. Can't be Hollywood. They're on their shit.
ChasHawk
Can't be Hollywood. They're on their shit. If you really think about it, the hotcash only works out to about an extra $5 discount beyond the buy 2 get 1 deal for full price records. Dominic_
Hmm...must be an echo in here. Figured I'd check with the man in charge before I drove out there. I've see it vary from store to store before and wanted to double check. ChasHawk

pizza face
You can use Hot Cash for vinyl in stores I remember seeing on the Hot Cash coupon in fine print that it can't be used on media. Did that change? It's been a few months since I've received Hot Cash
MCDELTAT
You can use Hot Cash for vinyl in stores Really? Honestly I still don't understand the HT system. $5 on my birthday, but can't be vinyl. Hot cash for every $20 you spend? That sum it up?
MikePortly
I think it's $15 for every $30.
himynameisShane
Hmm...must be an echo in here. It's not really that anyone didn't believe you. It's more someone has said that there store let them use hot cash on vinyl, only for everyone else to find out they weren't supposed to! Thanks for the info dude! Hopefully they actually have something I want, last few times I've looked I had just about everything already.. Haah
