Stress On The Sky
Got my first gig in what feels like forever (in reality maybe 2 months) Blacklisters, Howls and Death Pedals. I'm looking forward to Autumn finally kicking in so these sweaty little shows become less gross, got a few in line for September/October including an all dayer, I Like Trains, Arab Strap, Katatonia and Fvnerals. vinyl addict
Went to the Prophets of Rage show on Sunday. It was 100% better than I expected. Rage brought plenty of energy. B Real and Chuck D were good but just didn't match the energy. It was great hearing all the classics again though. Im heading to Black Sabbath tomorrow night for their "final tour". I've seen them a few times over the years and they never disappoint. Can't wait for this show. Sunday is the Rib Zombie show whic I'll be heading to as well. Dropkick Murphys next month. Reshiram
I spontaneously saw Deftones on Wednesday because my day was going horrible, and Deftones really did make it a good day, 3rd time I saw them this year, 5th time overall. Pretty good set, although I wished they'd play Doomed User or Phantom Bride over Geometric Headdress, I also wish they'd do 7 Words again, but seeing them do Prince and Krimdracula was great.
