I got an email on Dec 2nd that their "shipping supply company" went out of business and that they had just made other arrangements to get everything packaged and shipped. This was hard for me to believe, since you can get record shipping boxes from so many places and getting an emergency order of boxes to ship a few dozen orders seems like a simple thing to do.
