I got this as part of BMSR's Kickstarter campaign last year and it's been sitting on my shelf ever since. It's completely unworn and still has the paper filler inside of it. It's also got the USB tooth still inserted, which has the album and (I believe) the Psychic Love Damage EP in MP3 and FLAC. I'm asking $110, plus shipping (which should only be a few dollars) for it.
