If you're using paypal then after you've logged in and confirmed on paypal then you get send back to DW estore, where you've to confirm there as well. I've made that mistake before with forgetting to confirm at DW estore, so maybe it is the same thing for you as well. I always get a email notification from them right away when I do it right. Hmm but if you get the download link then the order probably did go through...if you've checked your spam folder and all that then try to ask DW about whether your order has gone through or not.
